St. Edward’s Hilltoppers, featuring former Samuel Clemens High School standout Travon Williams, earned an 83-71 win over the Western New Mexico Mustangs in the NCAA Division II Basketball Tournament on Saturday, March 14.
The team faced off against the Mustangs for the first time in the tournament at 7:30 p.m. at Kenneth E. Burg Center.
St. Edward’s Hilltoppers will return to Kenneth E. Burg Center for their next game on Sunday, March 15, at 7:30 p.m.
