City of Fair Oaks Ranch issued the following announcement on Aug. 3.
The city will be starting it annual Road maintenance project using the Chip seal process August 11th, 2020 through August 14th, 2020 (weather permitting).
The work will occur in several locations throughout the City and is expected to be completed within one week. After the seal coat has been applied it is safe to drive. However, residents are encouraged to drive slowly, avoid hard cuts, and turns.
