CoffeeTech Industries plans to build its new $56 million headquarters and manufacturing facility in Seguin.

“We are delighted that CoffeeTech Industries has selected the City of Seguin and Guadalupe County build their new headquarters and manufacturing facility," Seguin Mayor Don Keil said. "This project will help create excellent employment opportunities for our residents and help grow our economic base."
CoffeeTech Industries was founded by veteran coffee industry executives to provide state-of the-art instant coffee using advanced processing technology. The facility is designed to produce instant coffee at a quality that is comparable to fresh brewed.
The project is estimated to create at least 91 new jobs. CoffeeTech expects to break ground on the facility in late 2020, with operations slated to launch by 2022.
