City of New Braunfels issued the following announcement on June 22.
Due to possible exposure to COVID-19, the New Braunfels City Council meeting scheduled for this evening
(06-22-20) and the City Council Budget Retreat scheduled for tomorrow (06-23-20) has been postponed and will be rescheduled for a later date which has yet to be determined.
“These postponements are a precautionary step in an attempt to protect the health and safety of City of New Braunfels employees, members of City Council, and the general public,” said New Braunfels City Manager Robert Camareno. “We apologize for any inconvenience these delays may cause and we appreciate the patience of the public.”
Additional announcements will be made once a determination has been made about dates and times for rescheduling those meetings.
