City of Selma issued the following announcement on June 2.
As of July 16th, the city will begin assessing late fees for past due utility accounts. Additionally, as of July 28th, we will resume our non-payment disconnect processes for those accounts that are past due and have not contacted the City of Selma to set up payment arrangements or extensions.
We understand these are trying times, and you may be facing unusual financial hardship. We are committed to working with you to meet your circumstances while maintaining your service. If you need help paying off a large or past due balance, a Payment Extension may be an option to consider. Please contact the City of Selma Utility Billing Office at 210-651-6661 to discuss possible options.
