City of Selma issued the following announcement on April 21.
Republic Services has informed the City that they are back to normal operations and will be picking up the normal trash/recycle levels. They are still running additional routes to help maintain service levels during this time. Please be advised that all trash and recycle must be at the curb by 7:00am on regular pick-up dates. Republic Services will not return to pick up trash or recycle that is not at the curb by 7:00am.
With this return to normal service operations, including yard waste pick up, the dumpster behind City Hall has been removed. Please remember that the Spring Cleanup is still scheduled for May 16th - 24th. If you have any questions on acceptable items for curbside pick-up or other service issues, please contact Republic Services at (210) 304-2787.
