City of Cibolo issued the following announcement on April 7
No update which leaves the current total number of cases to 18. We encourage all residents to practice social distancing and work as a team to help protect our most vulnerable. Guadalupe County issued a Stay Home Stay Safe order encouraging all residents to stay home when possible.
A previous case has a known possible exposure to the public in an essential business.
It is possible that individuals who visited the following location at the date and times listed may have been exposed:
- Thursday, March 19th, 10am-1pm: Walmart, 602 Cibolo Valley Dr., Cibolo, TX 78108
There are things everyone can do to help prevent the spread of COVID-19:
- Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds. If soap and water are not available, use an alcohol-based hand sanitizer.
- Avoid touching your eyes, nose and mouth with unwashed hands.
- Avoid close contact with people who are sick.
- Stay home when you are sick.
- Cover your cough or sneeze with a tissue, then wash your hands.
- Clean and disinfect frequently touched objects and surfaces.
